In 2018 the TLACC launched the YESS! Program. The Young Entrepreneur Students Society Program.

A program in collaboration with FUTURO, INC., a Latino College Students Organization in Middle Tennessee established in 2011 that serves over 200 students.

The YESS! program promotes entrepreneurship by mentoring college students step-by-step through the process of creating and running a business.

The program launched on Monday, April 23, 2018, with a meeting in the boardroom of the Nashville International Airport with the Cumberland University FUTURO chapter, and the support of SCORE Mentors.

FUTURO students from Cumberland University presented a business idea to TLACC Board Members, Marcela Gómez, Victor Berrios, William Morales, and SCORE Mentor Lisa O’Dell.
