Announces Appointment of Ellyn Jansen to Board
Expert Strategic Planning Coach Jansen Rounds Board to 17
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (January 14, 2022) — Tennessee Latin American Chamber of Commerce (TLACC) announces the addition of OCOO Edge’s Chief Managing Partner Ellyn Jansen, bringing its current board to a group of 17. Ellyn started her tenure January 1, 2022.
Victor Berrios, TLACC’s Board President, says, “TLACC is lucky to have such a talented individual joining the Board of Directors. Ellyn is a strong Latina leader in our community, and as such will help TLACC grow and expand. I want to personally welcome her to the board.”
“I’m excited to be working with such a dedicated group of people,” says Jansen. “TLACC has been growing stronger each year as it continues to make a positive difference in the Latino business community. I look forward to 2022!”
In addition, the board voted to extend the service of Victor Berrios, President, and Delfine Fox, Board Chair, respectively, for another year. While the board’s robust work gained considerable traction in 2021, the pandemic left a gap in opportunity for both President and Board Chair to achieve their leadership goals, thus resulting in the vote to extend their tenures.
As the Tennessee Latin American Chamber of Commerce enters its 22nd year of service, the TLACC board prepares new objectives. Those objectives include: a second Golf Tournament, the return of the anticipated Empanada Tasting, TLACC’s Gala Awards Show, and quarterly Networking Luncheons.
