Victor Berrios was born in Santurce Puerto Rico then migrated with his family to New York where he attended school. He is a United State Army Veteran having served 8 year in various countries around the world. He was honorably discharged 1987 after his second tour of duty. Victor started his civilian life attending the University of Colorado at Colorado Spring perusing a degree in CIT (computer information technology) while working for a large Hotel Management/Development Company. He sharpened his hospitality industry skills which lead him to develop his own Hotel Management Company named Harmony Hospitality in 1999. After having much success with Harmony Hospitality, Victor sold his interest in the company and moved to Florida where he continued servicing the hospitality industry in the vacation ownership market. He underwent extensive industry education and currently holds professional certifications with the Community Association Institute (CAI) as a Certified Manager of Community Associations and also the distinction of being an Association Management Specialist (AMS).
Due to his accomplishment, Victor came to east Tennessee to oversee a region for a large vacation ownership company. While in east Tennessee Victor saw an opportunity to expand and secured a commercial cleaning company franchise. Victor has grown this business to the point that today he is a Master Franchise Owner for Jani-King, the world’s number 1 commercial cleaning company and is the President/Owner of Titan Franchising LLC., and River City Franchising LLC. Victors Companies combine now does business in 53 Tennessee counties reaching a population of 4,000,000 people.
His company currently has 135 active, independent franchise owners servicing over 740 accounts grossing over 7 Million Dollars in gross revenues per year and growing. He also owns interest in other companies throughout Tennessee. He has won Silver Medal in the General Manager category in 2010 and 2012 for the General Manager of the year as awarded by the American Resort Development Association (ARDA). Victor is not only an Entrepreneur he is also a philanthropist. Organizations such as Christel House and JDRF have recognized his contributions to their individual causes. He has for many years organized and participated in funds raisers which have benefited Children that are trying to break the cycle of poverty by supporting the effort of Christel House along with contributing time and monies to finding a cure for Juvenile diabetes. Today Victor lives in Brentwood TN with his wife Carla and sons Justin and David.
